Once an item has shipped there are no refunds. The items are handmade, so please be sure to read the description before ordering and ask questions if necessary!


PayPal and Stripe keep in combination with WooComerce keep your payment information secure. I don’t ever receive your credit card information.


Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service’s efficiency and the item that was ordered. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on your country’s customs regulations.

A few words about shipping… Please verify that your address is current and complete. If you would like your order to go to another address, company, person, etc., please put that in the notes at the time of purchase or email the details to contact [!at]

International and Canadian orders need to have phone numbers and province names for customs forms.

Also, note that due to Covid-19 shipping may be delayed beyond my control!

Yes, however, customers are responsible for any and all fees imposed including import taxes, duties, and other fees levied per the customs regulations of the buyer’s country. International orders will have full value declared on customs forms. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

Individual country import restrictions are found at The buyer also needs to be aware that delays happen when your purchase is clearing customs. You will be provided a tracking code/customs number when your order is sent.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact customs if any issues arise. Original shipping charges are not refunded for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country. This also applies, if, for any reason, customs officials refuse to forward your order, and say a refund will occur – minus a 25% restocking fee – only after the order has returned to us completely. If the issue is rectified and the order is to be resent we will waive the restocking fee but shipping costs will need to be paid again.
