It is never about winning or losing but about the challenge! Those were the words I heard while committing to #75challenge.

Now mind you I already committed to doing daily videos for my YouTube Channel, and run the edge challenge (I briefly mentioned it here).

And let me just add that I haven’t had a “word of the year” for the last 3 years because none of it felt good to do but this morning, while on my first workout for the day, listening to my audiobook, I recognized that this year my words are: “Challenge yourself”.

I am the type of person that goes all in – it’s the getting on the airplane at 18 without looking back, it’s the starting a business and go all in, it’s the writing a book without a thought about what other people may think.

I crave change and the only way I can get that right now is to challenge myself. Since the pandemic hit, I’ve been on social media less and less and I like it. It makes me think about the days pre-social media and I miss them. I got so much more done then and I want that again.

So here I am – focusing less on social media and wasting time, challenging myself how far I can go physically (ya’ll I am committing to 2 workouts a day!), figure out if I will run out of things to say for my daily videos, and being more productive in my business while focusing on things I love and enjoy doing.

There are 24 hours in the day and there is so much we can get done when we focus on what’s important. I know that since March of 2020 I’ve seen a shift in myself already. I can’t wait to see the changes in the next 365 days!
