Have you ever had an idea but brushed it off?
Like you wanted to write a book or start a business?
But you literally talked yourself out of it, because
- who would read it
- who would buy your product or service?
And so, you tucked it away, like a piece of clothing that you are going to wear one day, but today isn’t that day.
The truth of the matter is, however, that this idea … this dream will gnaw on you. It will stay in your head and tug on your heart sleeves. It will beg you to sit down and write those words ready to be unleashed. It will have you wondering and pondering all the what-if’s
- What if the book is a best seller?
- What if that business is exactly what this world needs?
And so, you sit with a cup of coffee, on your porch and you dream about it. You imagine how good it feels to make your desire come true.
Imagine, for just this moment, how you finally stifled the voices of you’re not good enough.
Imagine, for just one moment to sit at your desk and allow the words to flow or your business to take shape.
And then imagine yourself to take action.
Inspired action, is busting through the fears, the doubts and limiting beliefs you’ve been telling yourself and saying that your gift – your book, your business – is so much bigger than you.
Inspired action is sitting down with your journal, describing your fears and acknowledging our fears, but show up anyway.
Inspired action is knowing that if you don’t *do that thing*, you will always wonder what if.
And really, who loves to live in a world where we always wonder, what if?
I can’t imagine that you do.
What I can imagine is seeing you sitting at your desk, writing that book that has been lingering.
I can imagine seeing you sitting at your desk and hashing out that business idea you have.
There is no way of knowing how it all will work out.
But you do have the power to believe in yourself.
Believe that those ideas that come to you are meant specifically for you.
And then you take inspired action.
