I only promote products & services I know will help you in your life and business
Let’s kick it off some questions for you:
What’s most important to you? What is the one thing you really want to do on a daily basis that would make a big difference, but you just can’t seem to find the time for?
Now be more clear, what habits do you want to cultivate that could really create a positive impact on your life?
And maybe you need to start writing about your current mornings and define what you don’t like about them, so you can create the clarity on what would make all the difference in your world!
Maybe you want to eat a better breakfast and have for time to sit down rather than grab your food and run. Or maybe you want to spend some time writing, exercising or reading.
For me, it’s quality time in the mornings with my partner. Those 5-10 minutes I get to hang out with him before he heads out the door are what makes me feel good and loved in the mornings.
Now that you know what you want your mornings to look and feel like, you have something you can work towards.
Take some time to visualize what your perfect morning feels like and looks like in every single detail and how it will help you have the most amazing day, every day!
Imagine not being stressed or feeling rushed.
Maybe you get some time to take a longer shower, go for a run, spent time with your partner or just have some solid time that you get to be with yourself.
And while this may look like a lot of maybe’s, you get to decide what to include in your morning routine and how it will happen every day.
And please for all that is good in the world, don’t try to make all the changes right now in one fell swoop. For now, simply just imagine what your perfect morning feels and looks like.
I want you to become very clear on what you want that perfect morning to look like. Imagine it in as much detail as you possibly can. Write it down in a journal or on a piece of paper that you can refer back to as needed.
Why is this so important?
Because you can’t start to make any meaningful changes until you know what your goals are.
You need to know your destination before you can start to pick a route and figure out how you’ll get there. That’s what today’s task is all about. It’s figuring out where you want to get to. Don’t stop until you have it figured out and firmly pictured in your mind.
